Admission Rules & Regulations
Kasturi Global Education (KGE) is an institution committed to excellence in education and professional development.
Applications that are incomplete or contain incorrect information will be rejected.
The application form must be submitted in person at the Kasturi Global Education office within the specified due date.
Applications must be accompanied by the required number of attested photocopies of documents as specified in the document checklist of this form.
Submission of the application form does not guarantee admission.
Admission will be granted strictly on merit basis and as per the rules, regulations, and verification procedures of Kasturi Global Education.
Applications must be verified by the Competent Authority before submission.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to modify the admission schedule if required, without assigning any reason.
Candidates on the waiting list must regularly check the college notice board and the Kasturi Global Education website for admission updates. The institution shall not be responsible for any loss due to failure to check notifications.
Admission is a privilege, not a right. Candidates reporting late after the specified dates will forfeit their admission claim.
If admission is offered, the candidate must personally report to the Competent Authority on the specified date and time with:
Original documents
5 sets of attested photocopies
3 passport-size color photographs
Full payment of tuition fees
Failure to comply will result in rejection of the application.
Tuition fees and university fees are subject to change as per the decision of the Competent Authorities. Candidates must pay the latest approved fee structure.
Educational loan documentation will be provided only to students whose admission has been confirmed and full tuition fees paid within the stipulated time.
Hostel admission is provided on a first-come, first-served basis and is not a right of the candidate.
Hostel rules and regulations are available in the Hostel Prospectus at the Kasturi Global Education office. Students cannot vacate the hostel during the course period.
Hostel fees must be paid in full if accommodation is allotted. Hostel fees are subject to revision from time to time.
ID cards will be issued to all eligible and admitted candidates after the official cut-off date announced by Kasturi Global Education.
In case of cancellation or withdrawal of admission at any point during the course, no refund will be given under any circumstances.
All admitted students must report in person as per the schedule provided. Admission will be automatically cancelled if a student fails to report on time.
Students must comply with the attendance and working day norms prescribed by Kasturi Global Education and the affiliating university. Failure to do so will result in non-granting of the term.
In the event of any dispute or unforeseen issue related to admission, the decision of the Management and Competent Authority of Kasturi Global Education shall be final and binding.
Admission is subject to approval by Alagappa University, Karaikudi. Kasturi Global Education shall not be held responsible for any disapproval by the University.
The rules and regulations of Kasturi Global Education are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
By submitting the application, the applicant is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, and procedures unconditionally. Any legal matters arising from this admission will fall under the jurisdiction of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Student Internships in India or abroad (in countries where Kasturi Global Education has tie-ups) will be arranged upon request made in advance. All expenses, including airfare, food, accommodation, and transportation, will be borne by the student. Students undertake internships at their own risk, and Kasturi Global Education will not be responsible for any incidents that may occur. Internship participation is optional, and students may opt out if they choose. The institution will assist students in job placements, but no guarantee of employment or training is assured.
